As nice as it is, I've grown tired of the default desktop image for OS X. So, I'm taking matters into my own hands. As I create new ones, I'll post them here. I hope to eventually start writing programs to generate images. Until then, Photoshop is going to have to suffice.
This image is what's currently on my notebook. The source material is a photograph that I took the other day. I'll send a gift to the first person who can guess what it is. I'll even give you some help. I did the following to the picture to produce this image:

It looks like the train explosion in North Korea may not have been as bad as first reported.
The new color for the 2005 MINI Cooper S is really sharp. It reminds me of BMW's Laguna Seca Blue. I wish they would make a MINI in something similar to Imola Red.

Sufjan Stevens is playing two shows at Schubas tonight. The 10 PM show is sold out, but there are still tickets available for the 7 PM show. I really wish I could go. I need to pay more attention to who is coming to Chicago.
