Beer pong going mainstream

According to Slashfood, beer pong is going mainstream. What a bunch of poseurs. We were doing this way before it was cool. Back then, it was all about the beer, man.

Your post makes me wish I wish I was a frat boy. I’d be hanging out with the ‘dudes’ on a Friday after ‘the big game’ and uh..trying to impress many chicks with my beer pong skills. Alas, I’ll have to wait for the next lifetime, but then I’ll be too late. The fad then will be Beer-sketball or something.

Man am I happy to know that we grew up in a time where Beruit wasn’t about sponsers and “kits”. It was all about the beer…and, of course, the opportunity to trash talk trashed.

Wow… Back in college we had a orange Jagermeister banner over our Beruit (beer pong) table. Does that mean my entire senior year was sponsored by Jagermeister? I guess that would be appropriate.

Actually that’s one of the greatest things about the game. Women are (by and large) every bit as good as men. I once saw a team of two girls win for about 4 hours straight.

Ah yes… after playing for almost 10 years and on two continents I have many great Beruit stories. I just wish I could remember half of them.

    LOL.

Sadly, I’ve never ever played or heard of Beer Pong.

All my experience as an alcoholic, and there’s a drinking game I haven’t heard of???

    Guess you’re not alone, Nicole.
