This site’s post about the Jimi wallet has been dormant for a month. So I thought I’d mention that there’s a new article about the Jimi (via 43 Folders) in the New York Times Magazine.
I love the taxi wallet that I carry around now. But sometimes it’s still too big. The Jimi is now on the wish list.

Matt, I’m sorry. I’m sorry that we’ve let the Jimi go by the wayside. We can pick it up again. I still think it can trump the Pyramid Scheme.
Maybe I’m just being optimistic.
Ooh, but did you see that DHH thinks the Jimi is “tacky”? Heh.
Yeah, he was referring to the neon colors like the ones in the photo in his post. But there’s also a couple of shades of gray available that have no tackiness at all.
I was just thinking that I need a new wallet when Matt revived the Jimi post. I’ve always been a wallet-hater, so I may invest the $16 to try out a Jimi.
