The business cards and map to the hotel are printed. I need to get some sleep. I’ll pack my bags in the morning.
Then it’s off to Seattle for Gnomedex 6. I’ll be staying with Mike at the Edgewater. I’ll post our room number once I get checked in, which should be around noon. Stop by or give me a call (503-367-7120) if you want to meet up.

The good news I mentioned earlier today is that I am now a contract web developer for TEKsystems. I’ll write more about this after I get some sleep.
I should have some good news to report later today. I just need to wait until everything is finalized.

In addition to the feeds I linked to the other day, I now have a feed of wine reviews generated from my Cork’d journal. I can’t guarantee that it will be updated very often, if ever. I’m really just doing this to try to force myself to stop buying the same wines over and over.
In more Gnomedex news, Ponzi has announced the locations of this year’s parties. They sound like great choices.
It sounds like Steve Gillmor might be bringing his bad attitude to Gnomedex 6.0 to record an episode of the Gillmor Gang Attention Deficit Theatre. I really hope he makes it. His rant on attention at last year’s Gnomedex was one of the highlights for me.
