I like it a lot. And my appreciation for it increases every time I use it or learn more about it. It seems like there’s so much more you can do with it. Of course, this has its downsides, such as having a bunch of apps making wireless connections in the background and running your battery down. It doesn’t bother me too much, because I don’t usually go long stretches where I’m somewhere that I can’t plug it in.

So I have to ask in general, how do you like Android? I keep hearing great things but at the same time am hearing about horrible battery life. What’s your thoughts? I’m kinda intrigued myself. :)

Thanks, but it's really just a prototype for a rather unsexy app. All I'm trying to do is recreate the functionality of Shizzow Mobile with the addition of access to GPS data. I know it doesn't blow people away. I'm just trying to scratch my own itch, maybe some other people's itches, and learn something along the way.
